When did you last consider the experience that your supporters enjoy (I hope enjoy is the right word!) when they engage with you?

Is the experience the same across your website, social media, direct mail and any other channels you use? Is it the same whether they want to donate, enquire about leaving a legacy, temporarily stop a direct debit or change their contact details?

With income falling at some many charities and donor acquisition costs increasing, it’s more important than ever to make sure that your supporters enjoy their experience and stay with you.
