When the NCVO released the Charity Governance Code in July 2017, they also committed to review it every three years.
The Charity Governance Code has been very well received, and I encourage it to be used as part of your annual Board review or away day (if you would like to know more about this, contact me).
The Code has been refreshed to strengthen the existing diversity and integrity principles, and I recommend that you to consider working through it.
