The Charity Bill 2021 is going through the House of Lords at the moment.
A couple of proposed items which may be of interest are:
- Changes to cy-pres items, where the original purpose of a donation cannot be satisfied, which for example may happen if a campaign exceeds its target. By careful wording of the donation forms, you may be able to transfer these funds to other uses.
- Changes to the appointment and enumeration of Trustees
