Links between holiday travel and giving

Charitable travel is a social enterprise where all the profits support good causes, according to their website.

They have just commissioned a survey which suggests that 30% of people are prepared to reduce their charitable giving in order to afford a holiday, with 23% of those questioned, suggesting that a holiday is essential spending. You can read the results here, but perhaps you should be factoring this in to your planning, and particularly as the cost of living challenges increase. And certainly it ought to figure on the STEEPLE analysis that is a key part of a Boards governance toolkit.
