Data is still a mystery to most charities

I read an interesting report on data maturity this week and its findings were frankly worrying.

Whilst over 90% of charities say that their leadership think data is important, only 6% think data is seen as a vital resource, and over half have no one in a position of leadership that has any data analytics expertise.

It gets worse, with only 1 in 50 believing that data informs decision-making, and 1 in 10 don’t use data to make decisions at all.

So where do you start, if you are in that group? Actually, it’s not difficult at all but just needs a few steps, and we will be running a webinar to help you get started, in November, so watch for more details.
