After the recent article on benchmarking, a number of organisations have been in touch to ask if they could undertake this themselves.
The answer is ‘sort of’ as one of the benefits of benchmarking is the opportunity to compare your charity with others, and learn from that.
However, it can be instructive to start gathering data from within your own organisation, so that you can more effectively evaluate your own campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
If you don’t have a Monitoring & Evaluation (“M&E”) strategy and plan, watch out for our webinar early in the New Year. If you cannot wait, and would like to talk about how you can start your own M&E now , you are welcome to get in touch in any of the normal ways, use https://zorva.info/about-us/contact-us/ or by booking a 20-minute insight call at https://zorva.info/free-insight-call/ (for TinoPai members, but it’s free to join, and you get lots of other benefits including free live and on-demand webinars).
