Whilst some potential supporters might Google your organisation, some will first seek you on the Charity Commission website. So, as we start a new year, why not take a few minutes to check your contact details (and with Companies House if that is applicable to you)?
In particular, is the email address that is given, regularly monitored? It should be, both for Charity Commission messages, but also so that potential supporters can get in touch.
