Digital wallets more popular for regular giving

A few months ago we mentioned that the use of digital wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the like) were reported to be increasing in popularity, and getting closer to equalling credit card donations.

Further research indicates that digital wallets are also increasingly popular for regular giving. Whilst almost two-thirds of donors still use a direct debit, the use of digital wallets is growing.

This really reinforces the fact that you need to have a digital wallet offering for both one-off and regular gifts. Some payment platforms offer this as a matter of course, and help with journeys too. Does yours?
