Fundraising Magazine has just published its 2023 Charity CRM Survey and there is a new entrant this year. Perhaps not surprisingly, many respondents to the survey focussed on doing more with less, i.e. automation and leveraging existing relationships for maximum lifetime value.
It certainly makes interesting reading, and there are 2 ways you can do that.

Alternatively, some CRM providers are offering a link for the price of your name, email, etc. and one such is Beacon CRM, using the link https://www.beaconcrm.org/offer/fundraising-magazines-charity-crm-survey-results-2023. Other CRM providers may do the same, but Beacon were the first to email us.
