The ICO has launched a free Privacy Notice Generator, and it’s an ideal tool for small and medium-sized charities to review their privacy notices.
Provided that you don’t undertake profiling or automated decision-making, and are not required to have an ‘official’ DPO, the tool takes you through a series of questions and the result is a Privacy Notice in DOC or ODT format, that you can edit and publicise.
