The ICO has launched a consultation as it seeks to update its guidance on encryption.
Against the backdrop of more cybersecurity incidents, and a move away from passwords and towards passkeys, encryption has never been more important.
And as the ICO seeks to update its own guidance, you can have your say, but you only have until 24th June 2025 so please act quickly if you are interested.
