Apple given new demand for data on UK users

After the UK government attempted to get Apple to provide UK users data, subject to a warrant, and this failed, it appears that another attempt is being made.

BBC Tech reports it at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c740r0m4mzjo and Apple’s stance is again that privacy is at the heart of its business and says it will not compromise on data protection anywhere in the world.

This time the government demand is just for UK users, so it will be interesting to see how things develop.
