If you are on the latest Windows update, and we hope that you are, then you will have noticed that by default the lock screen shows a number of widgets at the bottom of the screen.
If, like us, you find it intrusive and want to remove them, then for Windows 11 you can go to Settings, Personalization, Lock Screen and choose ‘Lock screen status’ to be ‘None’. That should remove them.
Unfortunately, Windows 10 users do not have this option.
