Prompted by the number of recent cyber incidents, and their effects, the UK government has written to chief executives strongly recommending that they should have physical copes of their cyberattack plans ready as a precaution.
BBC Tech reports it at https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/ced61xv967lo but this has implications of charities too.
Do you have written plans for what should happen if you are a victim of a cyber incident? When was the last time these plans were updated? Have you ever had a paper exercise to test them?
Perhaps now is the time to refresh and test your plans. The National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) has great advice and a good starting point might be https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/section/respond-recover/sole-small.
