People have recently been asking for ideas on how to build your own AI chatbot. Well, there are a number of tools available and we do not endorse any one in particular, but Chatbase has been mentioned a few times and might be a good place to start looking.
Whichever tool you choose, you need to undertake your own due diligence (a DPIA could be a good starting point) and look at compliance with the UK GDPR and how personal data is, or is not, used to train the models for others. We do recommend getting some expert advice on this.
