As reported in Civil Society News https://www.civilsociety.co.uk/news/jubilee-sailing-trust-ltd-forced-to-enter-administration.html the Jubilee Sailing Trust has put one of its subsidiaries into administrations. The Jubilee Sailing Trust owns two sail training ships, and the insolvent charity owns and runs STS The Lord Nelson.
JST had the mission of giving people of mixed abilities and circumstances the freedom to explore their ability, potential and place in the world through inclusive adventures at sea. This was achieved by being able to fully take part in adventure holidays onboard one of the two JST Tall Ships.
JST cites increasing costs and the COVID-19 pandemic as the main reasons for the situation, and sadly I suspect other charities are finding themselves in similar situations.
