The ICO has added a new video guide to its growing resources at https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/sme-web-hub/whats-new/e-learning.
Although the latest is entitled’An introduction to data protection for small businesses and sole traders’ it applies to charities too and so is worth a look. You could perhaps even use it as par of your induction and ongoing training for all staff and volunteers, before getting more specific for those who handle higher risk personal data.
The training itself starts at around 1’30” and the whole video is only 18 minutes in length. A script is also available.
