The ‘powered by AI’ tag seems to be used for more and more, in order to make things sound exciting and new. I recently saw an article about an AI-enabled fridge!
Much closer to home, I recently read a report in a fundraising magazine, suggesting that AI is already an important tool for fundraisers. There are certainly some potential uses of AI in fundraising, but interestingly the examples they cited – optical character recognition (OCR), automation connected to your CRM system and real time access to public data sources – are all good ideas but have been around for some time, and are not directly connected to AI.
If you attended our webinar on generative AI, you will be aware that there are potential uses of AI for fundraising and particularly around the drafting of content and basic research, always supplemented by a human to check the results.
If you are not sure how generative AI could help your organisation then do get in touch and book a free 25-minute chat, as we will be happy to help.
