Many people work from home and just use a laptop but if you connect with multiple external monitors, here are a couple of shortcut keys you might find useful.
Shift-Windows key-Left/Right – move the current window to the left or right monitor.
Windows-Left/Right/Up/Down – resize the current window to occupy the left/right/top/bottom of the screen.
