However, this can raise serious privacy issues, as well as issues of accuracy and context, so what should your approach be?

- How will you brief people to make sure no personal data is included in the transcription?
- How will you protect any special category data?
- Are there types of meeting where an AI notetaker is not appropriate e.g. client meetings, HR appraisals and disciplinaries?
- How will you limit unauthorised use of the recording and/or transcription?
- Is it accurate, and who will check it?
