As Google Gemini is increasingly being installed on more smartphones, it is worth checking how it is handling your personal data.
It may be that by default:
- a subset of chats are seen by human reviewers to check that Gemini is responding appropriately
- activity and chats are kept for 18 months
- Gemini might be sharing data with other Google apps
