More people are relying on Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, CoPilot, Gemini and others, and in almost half of the reported cases, people use this rather than traditional internet searches.
This makes it more concerning that, according to an in-depth report by Which? Magazine, all of the most commonly used tools scored less than 70% for accuracy.
