The UK government, through the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) has launched the new £12 million Local Covenant Partnerships (LCP) Fund, an investment over three years which is designed to support local communities.
According to the details at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-local-covenant-partnerships-fund, it will focus on areas such as mental health, adult social care and child poverty, and women’s refuges, and is seen as an important contributor for implementing the government’s Civil Society Covenant.
