From September, any new contracts with processors or controllers, where adequacy cannot be confirmed in another way, may well need an International Data Transfer Agreement (“IDTA”), which has superseded SCC’s.
Existing SCC’s remain valid for a while yet, but cannot be used for new contracts. The ICO website has a number of IDTA templates that you can base yours upon.
And if you are not sure if this applies to you, or you would like more information, you can contact us in the normal ways, use the contact form at https://zorva.info/about-us/contact-us/ or book a free 20-minute insight call at https://zorva.info/free-insight-call/
