We are all so busy with the ‘here and now’ that it’s difficult to find time to step back and consider the trends that may affect our impact, and the resources we have to deliver it, in the future.

Of those organisations that have CRM systems, many just use them as electronic filing cabinets. This is such as waste, when they could be used to proactively streamline processes, and underpin plans for supporter journeys and personalised communications. This in turn means that you will have the tools you need, and more time to develop the relationships on which we rely, whilst complying with data protection and other regulations.
