The Fundraising Regulator has just published its 2022/23 Annual Complaints Report.
Complaints are up slightly, which is perhaps no surprise as the general level of fundraising has increased. However, door-to-door fundraising complaints have increased markedly, and this ties in with the Regulator’s focus on third party D2D fundraising companies.
