One third of charities will not reopen offices

According to Ecclesiastical, a specialist charity insurer, almost a third of the organisations they polled said that they intended to move to a full remote working model whilst almost half will be adopting a more flexible working approach allowing staff to work from home and visit the office a couple of times per week.

They also cited some challenges, with 31% reporting issues with childcare and home schooling, and 28% saying that the felt more fatigued by remote working.

This is clearly something that needs careful planning, and I hope that yours is well advanced. One element of that might be limiting the times when Zoom, Teams or other calls can take place to leave time for some actual work.
