The government has announced that it will introduce a new Charities Bill, to reduce the amount of bureaucracy that Charities face.
The details have yet to emerge, but it is hoped that it will include the 37 accepted recommendations of the 2017 Law Commissions report “Technical Issues in Charity Law”, as hinted by the government’s response in March 2021.
